What is an automatic pallet wrapper?

An Automatic pallet wrapper is a wrapper where the user doesn't need to attach or cut off the film themselves, but still load the pallet onto the machine.

A fully automatic pallet wrapper would have a conveyor, where the operator does noting but sip coffee and watch.

If a user has to attach or cut off the film themselves, then that pallet wrapper is a semi automatic pallet wrapper.

It will blow your mind.

Mytho S Ayra- Automatic pallet wrapper

The Standard Mytho S can be upgraded with the ATLANTA STRETCH Ayra system, an auto attachment system which blows the wrap to the pallet. This means a user does need to get off the forklift when loading the pallet, simply press the remote and the machine auto attaches.

This auto system is free of pneumatics and is fully electric, this reduces complexity of the automatic unit and increases reliability. But thats not all, this automatic system has no automatic components on the turntable, this greatly increases its durability over other automatic machines as these complex system cannot be hit with the forklift or pallet when loading.

The Mytho auto is our premium Automatic pallet wrapper. Equipped with clamping system for automatic attach, film blower to hide film tail, automatic cutting by hot wire and film attachment to the pallet by foam pad or teflon coated Film welding pads. The Mytho Auto is the king of Automatic pallet wrappers.

The Mytho Auto is supplied with remotes so the user does not need to get off the forklift when loading pallets.
