Freight Charges

  • We have a minimum order value of $50.00
  • For Melbourne metro Customers we offer free into store with a spend of over $500.00 Or Alternatively we offer $25.00 freight if Under.
  • We offer selective products with free shipping Nationwide.
  • Select volume products and machinery are offered Free into store to East code cities, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Brisbane. These products are tagged under the buy button.

Dispatch of orders

All MPS orders are sent ASAP.
Our varying freight providers have a large range of pickup times, we endeavour to get all orders onto their respective freight companies the same day, however if the pickup has already been for that day the order will be sent the Next business day.

 

Delivery Times

  • Melbourne 1-3 Days on stock items
  • Regional: 1-10 Days on stock items
  • WA: 5-10 Days on stock items
  • Pickup orders: Within 2 hours if in stock.

Please note if the item you’re ordering is a tool or machine it may need configuring with attachments and configuration with your selected strapping prior to leaving our warehouse to insure its ready to go on arrival to you. These items maybe delayed by 1-2 days depending on the nature of the order and technical staff availability.


PO Boxes

Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes


Residential Address

Please note that all items sent to residential Addresses will be marked as “Authority to Leave” Please insure if your order is of high value, you send it to a business address. Residential addresses operating as a business are still considered residential by freight companies.


Tracking your order


Orders sent by couriers offering tracking will have the details sent to you.
Orders to regional customers may experience tracking delays due to use of contractors in remote regions

Orders sent by MPS drivers for Melbourne Metro orders, we will not be able to provide precise tracking data. 

Orders which are sent interstate by our private couriers for volume orders we wont have online tracking for.

Taking Delivery.

Please make sure you have somebody available to take delivery of your order.

If your order is a volume order, please insure you have a proper forklift and forklift driver at the location to unload.


Timeslot delivery and redelivery

  • Please note we cannot accept timeslot deliveries or special instructions such as call prior to delivery for website orders.

Residential

Residential orders are sent as “ATL” authority to leave. The customer accepts all risks associated with this method. 

Redelivery

  • As most carriers will charge a redelivery fee if there was nobody on site when attempting to deliver the goods. Charges of this type will be passed onto the customer, and any order maybe held by our carriers pending payment of redelivery fees.
