What is EasyTrigger™ Technology?

One-finger operation: EasyTrigger™ enables the strapping process—including strap insertion, tensioning, and release—with just a simple finger pull. This drastically reduces the manual force traditionally required.

Quick motor-assisted activation: Upon a single click, the tensioning unit engages using motor support, streamlining operations and saving valuable time—even in demanding environments.

Controlled tension release: Operators can precisely release strap tension at any point before the welding stage, offering greater flexibility and control over the strapping process.

Balanced ergonomics: The EasyTrigger™ design works hand-in-hand with a well-balanced tool, reducing fatigue regardless of the direction the operator needs to strap.

Intuitive Visual Controls The touchscreen displays clear, easy-to-understand icons for status and operation modes—no extensive training required.

It visually indicates tool states, with the screen lighting up green when a strapping cycle is complete, offering immediate feedback.

Real-Time Feedback During operation, the display shows live tension readings and the tensioning status, as well as a “cool-down” phase—so operators can monitor the process from start to finish without guesswork.

Quick and Flexible Adjustments Users can easily switch between strap types, such as PP (polypropylene) or PET (polyester), directly from the display interface.

Adjustable settings for tension level and welding time are accessible on the fly during a strapping cycle—no need to pause operations.
