On top of this, there are many Chinese manufactures who opt to use Bosch clone batteries, but you may not be getting actual Bosch brand. Don't worry, we don't stock any of these non-genuine products.

Bosch pro-core powered tools
The latest Signode tools the Signode BPT-L19, BPT-H19, BPT-H32 and the Signode BST, all use Bosch Procore batteries.
The Signode BPT-L19
The BPT-L19 is a battery powered steel strapping tensioner for round and small packs. Designed to use on small packs of merchant bar, engineering steel, coils and small packs, the BPT-L19 is the fastest way to strap round or small packs with steel strapping.
Where there is a poor mounting surface for a normal round pack tensioner, which would otherwise get stuck on the small surface, the BPT-L19 use short pusher seals.
The BPT-H19 and BPT-H32
These tools are designed to use heavy straps with long pusher seals 19mm 3436P and 32mm 5436p seals. These tools are designed to replace pneumatic tools and in use steel and timber environments the BPT-H tool range is lighter and more mobile than traditional pneumatic tools of the same tension capabilities.
Legacy Bosch battery powered tools
You may have some tools out there which use a bosch battery and are not listed here. Some of these include:
Signode BXT2 Strapping tool
The legendary Signode BXT2 strapping tool ceased production close to a decade ago now as it was superseded by the BXT3. BXT2s in 16mm used a Bosch 14.4v battery, while the 19mm uses a Bosch 18v battery, the 18v batteries are usable in the latest BXT3. The BXT3 improved on the BXT2 by:
- More robust base plate
- Moving the circuit board from the base of the tool to the top above the battery reducing the possibility of water damage.
- Adding advanced LCD screen
- Improved cabling and microswitches
- Adds pressure sensitive tension
- Increases power in both models
- Improved blocking pawl system
Transpak H45 strapping tool
The Transpak H45 strapping tool was produced in 2 versions, the earlier H45 model was powered by Bosch NI-NH batteries, while the upgraded version, the H45L, uses Bosch 14.4v Li-ion batteries. The H45 tool is a very reliable tool but lower powered. Parts are still available if needed, but this tool has been superseded by the H46 BATTERY STRAPPING TOOL series.
