At MPSPACK, we're continuing to invest in one of Australia's largest ranges of pallet wrapping equipment. As more businesses look to improve productivity, reduce labour costs and lower pallet wrap consumption, we've expanded our lineup with four exciting new machines from Atlanta Stretch.
Whether you're wrapping standard pallets, unstable loads, oversized products or looking to automate your warehouse, these new additions give Australian businesses even more options to find the perfect solution.
From robotic pallet wrappers through to rotating arm machines and orbital wrappers, there's now a solution for almost every packaging application.
Lybra OPRS – Premium Rotating Arm Wrapper

The new Lybra OPRS is the latest addition to our rotating arm pallet wrapper equipment range.
Unlike a conventional turntable machine, the Lybra rotates the wrapping arm around a stationary pallet. This makes it the ideal solution for loads that are too heavy to rotate, unstable products that could shift during wrapping, or lightweight pallets that may collapse if spun.
The OPRS model incorporates Atlanta Stretch's powered prestretch technology, allowing the machine to stretch the film before it reaches the pallet. This dramatically reduces film consumption while maintaining excellent load containment.
For industries wrapping fragile, unstable or heavy products, a rotating arm wrapper often provides the safest and most consistent wrapping method. The Lybra platform is also available with various carriage options to suit different production requirements.
Krone Orbital WrapperÂ

We're also excited to introduce the Krone orbital wrapper to our pallet wrapping equipment range.
While pallet wrappers are designed for complete pallet loads, orbital wrappers are built for long and awkward products that simply won't fit on a turntable.
Products such as:
- Timber
- Aluminium extrusions
- Steel sections
- Pipes
- Doors
- Window frames
- Furniture
- Long cartons
can all be wrapped quickly and efficiently using horizontal orbital wrapping technology.
The rotating ring applies stretch film around the product as it feeds through the centre of the machine, providing excellent protection while using minimal packaging material.
For manufacturers processing long products every day, an orbital wrapper can significantly improve packaging speed while reducing manual handling.
MIRA Autonomous Pallet Wrapping Robot

One of the most exciting additions to the Atlanta Stretch range is the all-new MIRA autonomous pallet wrapping robot.
Unlike traditional robotic wrappers that still require an operator to move the machine between pallets, MIRA takes automation to another level by navigating independently throughout the warehouse.
Designed for larger manufacturing facilities and distribution centres, MIRA can automatically travel between wrapping stations, reducing operator involvement and increasing productivity. It represents the next generation of pallet wrapping automation and demonstrates just how quickly warehouse technology is evolving.
Profil Horizontal Stretch Wrapper

The new Profil horizontal wrapping machine expands our capability beyond traditional pallet wrapping.
Designed for long products that require complete protection during storage and transport, the Profil is ideal for wrapping items such as timber packs, aluminium profiles, plastic extrusion, furniture components and similar products.
Horizontal wrapping provides excellent protection against dust, moisture and surface damage while producing a neat, professional finish.
For manufacturers producing long products, the Profil offers a fast, repeatable and cost-effective packaging solution.
Continuing to Expand Australia's Pallet Wrapping Range
The addition of these four machines further strengthens the Atlanta Stretch range available through MPSPACK.
Our range now includes:
- Semi-automatic pallet wrappers
- Powered prestretch pallet wrappers
- Low profile pallet wrappers
- Rotating arm pallet wrappers
- Automatic pallet wrappers
- Robotic pallet wrappers
- Autonomous pallet wrapping robots
- Orbital wrapping machines
- Horizontal wrapping machines
This allows us to recommend the right machine for each customer's application rather than forcing every business into the same solution.
Whether you're wrapping five pallets a day or operating a fully automated distribution centre, we can supply equipment that matches your current production while allowing room for future growth.
As Australia's demand for automation continues to grow, MPS Packaging Australia remains committed to bringing the latest Italian-built packaging technology to local businesses, backed by nationwide installation, spare parts and technical support.
