The Marathon is a unique manual mobile pallet wrapper, for users with limited space or who need to wrap large items, the marathon takes the effort out of wrapping.

When combined with prestretch pallet wrap the user simply walks around the pallet rather effortlessly, it no harder than pushing a pram. And its far easier than pushing a shopping trolley, because our wheels are good.

The movability of the portable manual mobile pallet wrapper also means you can wrap pallets of any size, shape or height easily.

Eliminate the need to bend over.


The XF-M Marathon wraps the bottom of pallets easily, the film carriage reaches an extremely low height with the pull of a leaver, eliminating the need to bend over.

The Marathon also makes wrapping high pallets extremely easy too as you don’t have to lift a 4-5kg roll above you head. stretchwrap dispensers also typically have the brake ontop which makes this impossible to reach at the top of the pallet.

Recommend film

MPS recommended the use of prestretched film with the marathon, the use of prestretch film means the marathons brake can be set to minimum tension and the marathon becomes even easier to push. After the prestretch wrap has been applied to the pallet it wont want to stay at the 200% stretch its been stretched to and reduce back to its original size.

The marathon carriage easily extends to 2 meters a height at which is both difficult physically for operators using hand film to reach and properly brake the film using a standard hand wrapping dispenser.

The Marathons carraige extends to 2 meters with ease.

Eliminate bending over when wrapping.

The marathons carriage can reach quite low to wrap the the bottom of pallets eliminating the need to bend over when wrapping. the carriage and film can be attached and cut off when the carriage is in the midnight position, keeping the film at waist height.
