MPS Packaging was established as Melbourne Packaging Supplies PTY LTD in 1977 by Stuart Bryce in Melbourne. We have supplied local Timber Yards, Timber Mills, Steel yards, warehouses and Manufacturers with high quality Strapping and strapping tools for close to 50 years.

MPS Was built on importation and distribution of strapping, at the height of the steel age for strapping we were importing and Distributing 66 metric tonne Monthly of high quality POSCO steel to Victorian timber, brick and Steel Industry.

2020

Partnership with ATLANTA STRETCH

In 2016 we started importing Pallet wrappers. After we a noticed a lack of competitively priced machines with decent after-sales support. However it wasn't until 2020 things really changed for us when we switched to ATLANTA STRETCH machines. With now a highly reliable, low cost and durable platform with a range of options we have been able to roll our ATLANTA STRETCH machines nationwide, Atlanta Stretch pallet wrapping machines now in every state and territory.

2023 - New location

Warehouse Move

In 2023 We consolidated our 2 Sites in Kilsyth and Bayswater to one larger site consolidating our warehouse, machine warehouse and workshop to a single location for improved efficiency and storage.

2024

Launch of MPS Packaging

With sales reps, technicians and support staff now located interstate, we wanted to update our name while still give praise to the legacy of Melbourne Packaging Supplies. So we launched MPS Packaging to give easy access to our range of products online.
