Operational steps

  1. Feeding and positioning - The profiles are transported to the rotating ring via motorised rollers. A photoelectric sensor detects the package and stops it in the precise wrapping position, while the horizontal gripping system securely holds and centres the load before it enters the ring
  2. Film application - The rotating ring applies the stretch film horizontally around the product, achieving a pre-stretch ratio of 200–300% for optimal film usage and load containment. Operating at speeds of up to 60 m/min (80 m/min in the HS model), the system precisely controls the number of wrapping turns and the packaging programme through an intuitive touchscreen interface.
  3. Film cut and exit - A pneumatic cutting head activates the blade to precisely cut the stretch film. A friction sealing unit then secures the film end, allowing the wrapped package to continue smoothly towards the discharge are

  • High-performance aluminium crown - Solid yet lightweight, the system enables highrotational speeds while maintaining precise control of the adjustable film overlap. It ensures smooth, wrinkle-free wrapping even at high production rates, delivering consistent quality and reliable performance.
  • Reel holder with 200–300% pre-stretch - Differential rollers with mechanical adjustment optimise film consumption while improving load grip and ensuring a secure, stable wrapping process.
  • Adjustable wrapping speed - The system operates at speeds ranging from 14 to 60 m/min (up to 80 m/min in the HS version with double reel). Speed adjustment is managed directly through the PLC, allowing the machine to synchronise perfectly with the production line requirements.
  • PLC control with customisable programmes - An intuitive touchscreen interface with four standard recipes enables fast format changes and easy adjustment of wrapping parameters, including reinforcement turns and film overlap.
