This customer approached us for machines looking to upgrade their existing pallets wrappers. They're a large Australian manufacturer and distribution center.
There problems with their existing wrappers and supplier were many.
The Mytho S and MPS overcame many of those issues.
Machine programing.
One of the main issues with their existing machine was they were under a "free machine deal" in their case they were locked out of the panel so forced to use an excessive amount of film. MPS insured they would have all documentation, and free access to the program and be trained on how to adjust settings themselves easily.

Machine breakdowns
Their previous machine had a complex design where many of the machines complex parts were in the turntable. this requires, air, power and signals to be sent to the turntable. A complex design that leads to costly fixes and problems.
The Mytho S overcomes this by only having a single air line to the turntable, all welding, turntable counting etc is done next to the turntable.
Film welding
The Mytho S uses Teflon coated steel plates for film welding. Rather than steel plates with a teflon tape coating. Teflon tape can burn when exposed to excessive heat, making the film then stick to the metal and burn teflon, thus increasing service and maintenance requirements.
Remote control

Having remote control start was vital for this customer. But with so many machines and so many forklifts, having that many remotes and machines in rages of single is a problem. and IR remotes don't respond well delaying drivers..Our solution was simple, Hard wire the remotes in
- Remotes hanging from ceiling so not on floor pedistool which could be damaged
- Hard wired in for max reliability and responsiveness
