In this video we use our black machine pallet wrap, australian made its high strength and great value. It works on friction brake and power head machines.
The Synthesi, model XF-3110 is equipped with a friction brake carriage. THis ia basic but durable carriage capable of upto 100% stretch.
The synthesi you see on this video is equipped with our basic Push button panel, while we did sell this model for a little bit with the advanced glass panel, we prefer the button panel for its simplicity and durability. It features a large green physical start and stop button. These buttons are easily replaceable with generic off the shelf buttons should they ever ware out and fail, This feature and many other generic components in the Synthesi make it one of the lowest cost to main pallet wrappers in the market.
Like all pallet wrappers in our range they're equipped with electrical isolation switch, physical enabling button and Emergency stop.
You will also notice in this video our machine is equipped with a larger than normal turntable, this 1650mm turntable when using export standard or australian standard pallets means the pallet wont overhang the turntable, not only is this for safety, but when ramps are added it insures hat the pallets don't overhang onto the ramp which can cause unpleasant problems.
Most importers in australia equip their machines with only 1500mm turntables so they make that little bit more money out of each transaction, but we want our customers to have the right product.
