In this video were testing Compostable pallet wrap on the Synthesi friction brake pallet wrapper, the tension was set relatively high, you can see the tightness of the film as the pallet rotates.
The friction Brake dispenser is a simple but reliable stretchwrap carriage, its able to tension stretchwrap to stretch between 0 and 100% depending on the thickness of the film, strength of film, the weight of the goods and how sharper edges the goods have.
The compostable pallet wrap has a slightly yellow tinge to it which allows for easy identification when it comes to recycling and composting.
