How the Heavy-Duty Strapping Works
The demonstration highlights the step-by-step process of securing a load with 19mm heavy-duty black strapping:
1. Looping the Strap Through the Buckle
The strapping is first threaded through a 19mm heavy-duty wire buckle. This creates a strong connection point that ensures the load remains tightly bound. Both ends are put through the buckle. In this we use the "loop" method to feed the buckle, but the strap can also be feed through. However using the loop method on both ends we find is faster and it means you wont waste strap coming from the dispenser end. 
2. Positioning the Bottom Strap
The bottom strap is placed under the cutter blade and secured in the rear gripper. This grips the strap and prepares it for tensioning.
3. Threading the Top Strap
The top strap is threaded through the cutter blade and guided through the windlass mechanism, ready for tensioning.
4. Tensioning the Strap
The strap is pulled tight by cranking the handle, securing the load firmly. Heavy-duty plastic strapping combined with the wire buckle ensures that even large or irregularly shaped items remain stable during handling and transport.
5. Cutting Excess Strap
Finally we squeeze the handle down fully cutting the strap, we then cut the excess strap is cut using the cutter blade on the opposite side, leaving a neat, professional finish.
