Break Load and System Strength: The steel strapping boasts an impressive break load of 798 kg when the seal (crimp) is applied. However, it's important to note that the system strength of the setup is approximately 558 kg, as around 30% of the strength is lost at the seal.

The ADL1, also known as the YBICO S90 Tensioner, accommodates steel strapping 12-19mm wide and from 0.40mm to 0.60mm in thickness. Utilizing a ratchet mechanism with pawls for tensioning, it features a manual pawl release to release the handle while keeping the strap under tension.
The ADL4, or YBICO C3206 sealer, is capable of sealing 19mm steel strapping up to 0.60mm with the use of SO seals exclusively. Its longer-than-average handles, made of all steel, ensure ease of use and efficient crimping.
Information on the Strapping: The steel strapping is proudly Australian Made, employing Bluescope steel with an approximate breaking strain of 798kg per roll, weighing around 16kg
Information on the Seals: The seals are also Australian made, crafted with Bluescope steel. The snap-on or "SO Seals" are designed for easy clipping after tensioning the strap, offering cost-effectiveness without compromising on durability.
