This customer approached us looking for a basic but durable pallet wrapping machine, the client is wrapping bags is in a semi open environment and wanted a machine with durable electronics and board to last in this environment. They came out to see our Kilsyth pallet wrapper showroom and we went over the options.
We suggested our most basic machine for them as the Eva control panel is in fact the most durable in the market.
The Eva panel itself is steel with a plastic liner of the top, with a board fully behind it as a separate part. Dust cant get into the panel or electrics behind it as it a once piece panel.
The Eva then uses a basic chain drive for carriage ascent which is enclosed, the microswitches are in the mast to eliminate damage from users and prevent dust build-up if they were on the outside.
We showed the client another older machine which uses a linier bearing for carriage ascent with a belt. It was instantly evident when it comes to mast design the Atlanta stretch range superclades other Italian designs.
The customer opted to pickup this pallet wrapping machine themselves so we offered a discount of our already hot price and included install to inner Melbourne. They will move the machine into their preferred position later and opted to install the motor guard after moving the machine.
