This customer needed a large pallet wrapping machine to wrap 2400 x 1200 goods on a standard pallet and weigh them. Before approaching us they were told. "That's not on our pricelist" "that cant be done", we said, sure why not. MPS is about providing the correct solution for the application.
With the Synthesi XF-3120B with 1800mm turntable and extended base configuration in stock, we sent the scales to our scale man for fabrication of the large scales. Using our Frame design which is cut to the size of the machine and fabricated from merchant bar, mounting 6x 1500kg lode cells. These scales are built to last.
Once ready we picked up in our truck and delivered it directly from Melbourne to the Bendigo region for the fastest turnaround. Our technician Vince then arrived for the install and training.
