Understanding the Challenge
Standard pallet wrapping machines typically accommodate pallets up to 1200mm x 1200mm. OR 1400mm x 1400mm pallets, if you want to push it to the limits. Given the substantial size of the cabinetry items, a conventional wrapper wouldn't suffice. The client required a machine capable of handling larger dimensions without compromising on efficiency or safety.
Our Solution: The 1800mm Turntable with Extended Base Pallet Wrapper
After assessing the client's requirements, we recommended our oversized pallet wrapping machine (you wont find it there on the menu, just call or enquire and ask us about it)Â XF-3120B equipped with an 1800mm turntable and an extended base. This configuration is specifically designed for larger and longer goods.Â

Delivery and Installation
So technically the customer picked this one up, because our truck to take this was doing an untimely, non routine service.Â
This install of this one was easy, we unpacked it at our warehouse ensuring only the setup was needed at the customers site. We setup the customers machine to their desired wrapping settings, went over machine safety and training of the machine. Their inhouse electrician ten later installed a plug for them closer to the machine.Â
