The Air 3 pillow machine is a staple or any e-commerce or distribution warehouse sending small packages of goods.
The Air 3 air cushion machine takes a roll of the air cushion, inflates and seals the plastic for use as dunnage or void fill in cartons.
Adding the air cushion to cartons reduces the products from moving, as any movement inside the carton could lead to breakages. The air pillows also add an air barrier to absorb any shock or impact to your product.

The Air Pillows:
We have 4 types or air pillows available. Size, 1, 2 and 4 are great for void filling, wrapping, or as void fill. Where as size 3 is a quilt film more similar to bubblewrap, used for wrapping larger products.
The air 3 has an easy to use touch screen interface, which comes pre-programmed with the different types of film and air pillows settings.
Air pillows are the most cost effective solutions for void filling, 1 roll of the size 2 film is equal to 4800L or 12 bags of Biofill. While paper and Biofill are more eco friendly solution's the cost per liter to fill is much lower when using air cushions
Air pillows also have the advantage of taking up minimal space when compared to Biofill or bubblewrap.
