Good news everyone, we’ve just launched our new recycled PET strapping! And by “just,” I mean it actually landed over a year ago, and we’ve had it in the market for some time—we’re only now getting around to writing blogs about it…

PET Strapping with Recycled content

Our new PET, or “polyester strapping,” is made from 100% recycled content. This is produced from recycled PET bottles that have been cleaned, regranulated, and then made into recycled PET strapping. The strapping itself can also be recycled—chopped, cleaned, and regranulated—ready to be used again.

Recycled PET Strapping usefulness

For those unfamiliar with PET strapping, it’s one of the most popular types of strapping on the market today. It offers excellent strength for its gauge, is cost-effective for its performance, and works with a wide range of automated machinery. This makes it the go-to strapping choice for bricks, bottles, cans, glass, timber, pipes, and general palletising applications.

For those of you wishing to buy our recycled PET strapping head over the our PET Strapping product pages and look for PET which says that's its 100% recycled. Also the ones that don't say 100% recycled will still be made from a 60/40% split of virgin and recycled PET.
