HEAVY DUTY POLY STRAP

No dispenser needed. Our hand polypropylene strapping is conveniently packaged in a dispenser box, allowing you to dispense the strapping out of the middle of the box for effortless handling.
However, we do have a dispenser available to suit this strap if needed. Its code is PZZ11.

DEMO, HOW TO USE PLASTIC STRAPPING

In this demo we show the use of 19mm Heavy duty black strapping with a 19mm heavy duty wire buckle.

  • The strapping is looped through the buckle.
  • The bottom strap placed under the cutter blade an in the rear gripper
  • The top strap is placed through the cutter blade and through the windlass mechanism
  • The strapping is tensioned tight
  • We cut the excess strapping off with the cutter blade on the opposite side.

Here's a video we did some time ago, In this video we show the strapping been used with a tensioner and sealer, then a Plastic buckle.

This strapping can also be used with a Battery Strapping tool.

For use with this strap, you need 19mm wire buckle or 19mm OF HD Seals.

Seals are a more cost effective option and give a nicer smooth finish, however buckles do give more load security and allow for more shock absorption.

No, you do not need a dispenser for the 19mm x 1000m Black HD Strapping in carton. This strapping comes in a dispenser box and you can dispense thestrapping out of the middle of the box. However, we do have the PZZ11 Plastic strapping dispenser available to suit this strap if preferred.

What buckles or seals do I need to use with this strapping?

You will need to use 19mm wire buckles or 19mm OF HD seals.

Are buckles or seals better?

Tough question!
Seals are cheaper, and we believe easier to apply - they also give a a nice and smooth finish. However buckles do give more load security and allow for more shock absorption.

Do I need a tensioner?

We always recommend a tensioner be used with heavy duty strapping.
