Time to upgrade your low profile pallet wrapper?

Melbourne Packaging Supplies are the importers of the Italian Made Pallet wrappers from Atlanta stretch, but unfortunately this wasn't always the case, we used to import from another Italian company, we're going to do some comparisons here on the Atlanta build quality, design phliosphy and features of the ATLANTA STRETCH low profile turntable and what else is out there.

One of our competitors loves telling a good yarn and saying ours a build in china, our machines are from Atlanta stretch SPa in Italy. if a competitor says anything else, do yourself a favour throw them in the bin where they belong.

Low profile Belt driven turntable

• The ATLANTA STRETCH Mytho S low profile turntable is belt driven, in case of emergency stop,  the belt simple stretches or slips to absorb the shock of stopping suddenly.
• Belts are cheap to replace but reliable, so reliable we have never had to replace any on any Atlanta low profile.
• If you don't use a belt the weakest point of failure absorbing the shock of stopping the the gearbox bolts and flange. not pretty when one of them breaks.
• Belt Drive allows the frame to be bend with movement, so on uneven concreate terrain the Atlanta Low profile wont you shelling out to get all your gears and bearings replaced…

Turntable rollers on low profile

So we recently got a copy of a competitors email where they say that their turntable rollers are stronger than ours, This could in fact be true, But as theirs clog up with so much shit and need to be replaced so often, we'll never know. Low profile machines use plus 30 bearings underneath them and at $60 per bearing kit as pictured below. Make an educated decision here. We've replaced 0 low profile bearings in Australia. How are you guys doing? LOL.

Yeah you guys claim 18mm, but show a picture of an Australian 10 cent piece, so what is is it? is it 18mm or is it the same height as a 24mm diameter 10 cent piece?
