Black HD Strapping for plastic strapping kit

Polypropylene Heavy duty black strapping, with a width of 15mm, is a versatile and lightweight material suitable for various packaging needs. Its flexibility makes it ideal for securing different types of goods during transit or storage. Can be applied using a wire buckle or metal seal. at 320kg breaking strain this plastic strapping is suitable for strapping pallets and smaller packs of timber.

This strapping comes in a self dispensing carton.


HEAVY DUTY STRAP DEMO

In this demo we show the use of 19mm Heavy duty black strapping with a 19mm heavy duty wire buckle.

  • The strapping is looped through the buckle.
  • The bottom strap placed under the cutter blade an in the rear gripper
  • The top strap is placed through the cutter blade and through the windlass mechanism
  • The strapping is tensioned tight
  • We cut the excess strapping off with the cutter blade on the opposite side.

Our 16mm Polypropylene Wire Buckles are specifically engineered for use with 16mm HD Poly strapping. We highly recommend using a plastic strapping tensioner for optimal tensioning.




Plastic strapping kit tensioner

Our Standard YBICO PP & PET Strapping tensioner is compatible with 12mm, 16mm, and 19mm Polypropylene and Polyester strapping. It offers a cost-effective solution, ease of use, and moderate tensioning capabilities.
