The PZZ40 is a heavy-duty PET strapping dispenser designed for PET (polyester), open wound strapping (oscillate wound/mill wound) and steel strapping with a 406mm inner core. It features a durable frame and an extra-large tool tray, with a heavy-duty roller brake for smooth operation. The dispenser's steel frame ensures durability in tough environments, while its large slot prevents fraying or damage to the PET during dispensing.

The heavy-duty roller brakes effectively cover both discs of the dispenser, ensuring smooth and reliable braking. The strap is dispensed through a generously sized slot, preventing fraying or damaging of the PET during dispensing.

Heavy Duty roller Brake

The PZZ40 uses a heavy duty roller brake, the brake extends over both disks and brakes the roll continuously while dispensing for smooth dispensing of strapping.
Roller brakes are far more durable than arm brake models. Arm brake models allow for momentum to build in the dispenser when pulling and when the arm come down to brake the roll, the dispensers can build up with strap and more easily break the arm and lighter weight springs.

Large tool tray


The PZZ40 strapping dispenser uses a large tool tray, the Tool tray can fit a battery powered tool in it with easy, or multiple manual tools, with seals and corners.
