The ITI-40 Pneumatic Steel Strapping Tool is a heavy-duty industrial strapping tool from Italian manufacturer Itipack, designed for demanding steel strapping applications where strength, reliability and repeatable performance are essential.

As part of Itipack’s range of pneumatic steel strapping tools, the ITI-40 is particularly suited to industrial environments where steel strap is used continuously throughout the working day. Pneumatic operation makes it an excellent option for fixed packing stations, production lines and heavy-duty applications where an air supply is already readily available.

ITI-40 – A Pneumatic Pusher Steel Strapping Tool

The ITI-40 is a pneumatic pusher-style steel strapping tool, designed for demanding applications where high tension and reliable steel strapping performance are required. Unlike conventional feedwheel tensioners that grip and pull the strap through the tool, a pusher tensioner is designed to tension the steel strap by pushing the tensioning mechanism forward against the seal and load.

This pusher-style design is particularly useful on round, irregular and heavy industrial loads. It allows the tool to work effectively where a conventional flat-package tensioner may be difficult to position or where extremely high strap tension is required. This makes the ITI-40 particularly well suited to steel, engineering, timber and other heavy industrial applications.
