DOUBLE SIDED FILMIC MOUNTING TAPE FEATURES

  • A white 100 micron rigid PVC film carrier
  • Coated with a high-tack, high-shear, highly cross-linked solvent acrylic adhesive, delivering excellent initial adhesion
  • The high adhesive coat weight makes it ideal for bonding to rough, uneven, and textured surfaces
  • The adhesive offers outstanding resistance to heat, UV exposure, and plasticisers, providing excellent peel adhesion even on low-energy surfaces and making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications
  • Supplied with a high-quality 90 gsm Havana kraft paper liner featuring differential silicone release treatment
  • Available in widths from 6 mm to 1,240 mm in a standard 33 m roll length (other lengths available subject to minimum order quantities)

  • Designed for permanent bonding across a wide range of substrates where differential expansion and contraction are not a concern (for applications over 300 mm where movement may be an issue, a PE foam or foamed acrylic tape is recommended)
  • With a total thickness of just 230 microns, it is ideal for applications requiring a low-profile finish
  • Excellent durability supports long-term bonding performance
  • Offers a good thermal operating range, withstanding continuous temperatures up to 80 °C
  • Suitable for use on both smooth and lightly textured surfaces
