Adhesive layer:

Blown film without an adhesive layer doesn’t adhere well to itself. To address this, adhesive is applied to one side of the stretch wrap, which is then placed facing inward towards the goods. This leaves the outside of the wrapped product free of adhesive, making it ideal for pallets packed tightly in containers or on trucks.

What is Blown Film?

Blown hand film is produced through a manufacturing process where the plastic is extruded and blown into a bubble that can extend to the ceiling of the facility. The bubble is then flattened, an adhesive layer is applied, and the film is slit and wound onto the rolls. This blowing process results in a film with excellent puncture and tear resistance.

Does this Blown hand film have an adhesive layer?

How many rolls come on a pallet?

A pallet QTY of our hand stretch wrap is 200 rolls but can certainly be sold in smaller quantities. Available for order on our website in lots of 4 or contact us for other options.

You don't need to use a dispenser but it can make life easier. Ultra Blown Stretchwrap can be used with our hand stretchwrap dispenser.
