Made in Australia using a high metallocene and polypropylene blend, this film boasts superior strength and puncture resistance compared to standard cast films. This film should be compared to 25um blown film or 30um cast film, its vastly stronger than traditional 25um films.

Our EXOTEK™ Premium PPS machine pallet wrap is our top-of-the-line cast film for pallet wrapping machines. It is compatible with all types of machines, offering high strength and puncture resistance. This is our recommended film blend for PPS machines, as it minimizes film breakages and maintains high load integrity.

Our EXOTEK ULTIMATE film is the strongest and most reliable 25um cast machine film you'll ever use. Many of our customers have switched to this from equivalent or thicker gauge blown film and have experienced superior results with the HAN25.

What is Cast Stretchwrap?

Cast stretchwrap is produced using an extrusion manufacturing process. The stretchwrap is punched out through the machine die, creating an extremely smooth and clear film. This film doesn’t have an adhesive layer as it sticks very well to itself without it. It’s also more cost-effective, priced lower per kilogram than blown or pre-stretched films.

What is the core size of the Clear machine stretchwrap?

The core size of our Clear machine stretchwrap is 76mm. It is the standard machine core size that will suit the vast majority of pallet wrapping machines.

I have heard of hybrid cast / blown stretch film offer by other suppliers what is that and do you have it?

It is simply a marketing gimmick! The film is either made on a cast extruder or a blown extruder. They maybe referring to the additives used, but we all use additives.

Where is the Premium PPS Clear cast stretchwrap made?

This particular cast stretchwrap is Australian made. It is made on a new high speed extruder which makes it extremely competitive against imported cast films but with added strength over most of them.

What machines is this stretchwrap compatible with?

This stretchwrap will run on friction brake or electromagnet carriages fine. It will also run on most PPS machines with powered heads.

How many rolls come on a pallet?

A pallet QTY of our hand stretch wrap is 50 rolls but you can purchase any QTY that works for your business.
