Why use Paper Packaging?

Frequently Asked Questions

How cost effective is paper as void fill?

Paper void fill is very comparable in cost to fill per litre as air pillows or Biofill. It is far more cost effective than bubblewrap.

How much space will this expand to?

Once ran through the machine the paper will take-up approximately 10 times the space compared to when flat.

Biofill is so costly to get to me, how does this product fare for transport to regional customers?

Due to its highly compact form before processing and its average weight, Zfold paper can be transported to you easily and cost-effectively.



Why is the paper perforated?

The paper is perforated so it is easy to tear once crumpled if you need it in smaller pieces, its also a safety aspect so the paper easily breaks away if tangled.

Do you have the Zfold paper in 50GSM like competitors?

We don’t believe its necessary. The thicker the paper the less it can condense or be crushed, this in turn gives you better protection and value. So thicker paper gives better value for money for the amount of litres filled.
Don't think about how much it is per meter, think about how much the paper is going to fill.
