How much void fill will one roll of film get me?

On our size 1 film for the XC1200, you will get around 1600L of space filled. It is equivalent to about 4 bags of 400L Biofill.

Do i need a machine to use the air cushions?

Yes, you will need our XC-1200 airpillow machine

Are the pillows biodegradable?

Unfortunately the pillows are not biodegradable. They are HDPE and are reusable and recyclable.

What are the advantages of pillows over packaging peanuts?

The main advantage of air pillows is their on-demand availability. A single roll of pillows expands to more than 13 bags of traditional biofill—equivalent to the volume of a small truck—yet takes up minimal space before expansion. Air pillows not only offer a clean, professional appearance, but also feature air transfer technology that allows them to conform to the shape of your product. This creates a protective barrier that absorbs shock more effectively than many other void-fill options. Unlike packaging peanuts, air cushions are cleaner, more efficient, and easier to handle.

How easy is it to change pillow sizes?

It is an easy process to change pillow sizes.
Place the roll on the machine, feed it into the machine and then its good to go.
