Dispensing, Tensioning and Buckles

Commonly employed across industries, the 76mm core is compatible with most dispensers. While a dispenser facilitates usage, many users unwind it directly from the box or roll.
For tensioning this woven strapping, a tensioner like our PXB3 or our USA-made PC100 is necessary, as ideally, the lugs should be bent down for optimal holding force. We suggest using phosphate buckles for enhanced strapping grip; their rougher surface aids in better retention.
