19MM GALVANISED BUCKLE

The lugs on the buckle must be compressed onto the strap. Our PXB3 OR PC100 models are specifically designed for use with 19mm woven strapping and phosphate buckles.

GALV. BUCKLE DEMO

In this video we show the use of the 19mm Galvanized buckle with composite strapping. We use the loop method to feed the strap through the buckle where the loop is fee through the buckle rather than the individual strap ends. This limits the wastage of strap and we believe its the faster method to feed strap.

HEAVY DUTY STRAP DEMO

In this demo we show the use of 19mm Heavy duty black strapping with a 19mm heavy duty wire buckle.

  • The strapping is looped through the buckle.
  • The bottom strap placed under the cutter blade an in the rear gripper
  • The top strap is placed through the cutter blade and through the windlass mechanism
  • The strapping is tensioned tight
  • We cut the excess strapping off with the cutter blade on the opposite side.

Do I need a tensioner to use these galv buckles?

Yes you will. The lugs on the buckle will need to be crushed down onto
the strap. Our PXB3 OR PC100 are both designed to use with 19mm
composite and Galv wire buckles.
