Composite strapping kit tensioner

The PXB3 composite strapping kit tensioner is designed for effortless use, serving as a tensioner for manual tensioning of composite and woven strapping. Featuring moderate tension capabilities, it ensures reliability with its limited wearing parts.


19mm Composite strapping

19mm composite strapping is high strength and cut resistant, its suitable for strapping up larger packs of timber including MDF and timber packs, truss and wall frames, general pallet applications & lighter packs of steel. Composite strapping popular rse though is for direct application to metal products such as axles due to its soft finish but strong inner core its one of the most friendly strapping when it comes to touch goods without leaving marks.

Manufactured in Germany from 3.5mm thick wire, our 19mm HD galvanized wire buckles are tailored for use with 19mm composite strapping, offering exceptional strength.



COMPOSITE STRAPPING KIT DISPENSER

The PZZ11 composite strapping dispenser is adjustable heavy-duty mobile strapping dispenser featuring an extra-large tool tray. Featuring:

  • Large tool tray.
  • Arm break mechanism.
  • Easily adjustable to accommodate multiple coil sizes

This plastic strapping dispenser is adjustable so it can use composite, woven and polypropylene strapping sized cores if you ever change your mind on strapping types.
