WOVEN STRAPPING KIT TENSIONER

Crafted in the USA, the PC100 is a premium composite (Cord) strapping tensioner suitable for 12-19mm composite and woven strapping.

This heavy-duty tool integrates a contemporary one-way bearing design.

19MM WOVEN STRAPPING


The 19mm 2 Red Line Poly-Woven Strapping offers a unique combination of lightweight construction and heavy-duty strength. With its smooth edges, it meets OH&S standards and demands minimal tool maintenance, ensuring a safe and efficient strapping process. This woven strap boasts exceptional flexibility, making it ideal for securing irregularly shaped items onto pallets. Its re-usability and ability to be re-tensioned while still in place on the goods add to its practicality and cost-effectiveness.

In this video we use an alternate tensioner, with woven strapping and the 19mm phosphate buckle. The process in this tensioner is the same as the USA heavy duty tensioner.

BUCKLES FOR WOVEN STRAPPING KIT

Crafted for woven strapping, our 19mm HD Phosphate Strapping buckles are manufactured in Germany using 4mm thick wire. The buckles have an anti slip phosphate coating.

The buckles lock down when tensioned.

WOVEN STRAPPING KIT DISPENSER


The PZZ11 stands as an adjustable heavy-duty mobile plastic strapping dispenser featuring an extra-large tool tray. This dispenser is compatible with 75mm, 150mm, and 200mm core strapping, accommodating a maximum coil face of 200mm.
