Exotek machine PET can be manually applied using a tensioner and sealer, through pneumatic or battery-powered friction weld tools, or with a fully automated machine. Even better, PET strapping is 100% recyclable.

So much PET sold in Australia is literal garbage, but at MPS we want you to have the best. Low quality and cheap PET doesn't have split ant split additive, either its not made with it to keep costs down or sold by companies.

Split additive is used in our machine grade of PET strapping to insure:

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY:

This Polyester (PET) strapping is crafted from recycled bottle PET flakes and fortified with additional additives to enhance strength and resistance to splitting. Moreover, it is entirely recyclable.

What is HD Machine PET best Strapping used for?

HD Machine PET Strapping is for heavy duty application such as truss, timber, or
steel, and applications where the weld is under high tension such as coils of steel.

What type of tools can I use with this strapping?

You will need a strapping machine or a battery powered PET tool capable of taking 19mm strap such as our XST-450 Swisse made battery powered tensioner or XST-46 Battery Powered Strapping tool.
This PET can also be used with a manual tensioner and sealer combo.

Where is the HD machine PET Strapping made?

Our machine PET is made in South Korea, where it’s made in a high quality European facility. It is regarded as one, if not the best strapping manufacturered in the Asia Pacific region.

Why is it called Machine PET?

It is designed for use in fully automatic machines with an arch, but many of our customers use it with manual or battery-powered hand tools, thanks to its high strength and consistent PET quality.

Yes, this one is. Our PET has a clean embossed surface allowing it to pass easily though tools and machines.

Do you sell the auto machines for this PET?

Yes, we do! A strapping machine using PET is typically custom made and uses a strapping head with a custom configured arch and conveyer.
