Low wrapping

ATLANTA STRETCH low profile wrappers are engineered from the start to be the highest quality low profile pallet wrapper on the market, that starts with the design and engineering.

  • The Atlanta carriage is mounted at the side of the machine, this allows the carriage to get lower than all other models on the market.
  • Side mounted carriage does not compromise on safety, still features anti foot crush plate.

Atlanta stretch build machines with ease of replacement parts in mind. where possible they use commercially available industrial components. Current machines use Siemens inverters and the power supply and buttons are all generic.

High quality belt drive

Belt drive

The Synthesi features a market leading belt drive. Because low profile wrappers are built with a solid base, they are prone to vibration. As the pallet moves, especially on uneven concrete the whole wrapper moves. The belt drive allows the unit to absorb vibration and maintenance cost.

An added feature of the belt is it will not rust, Low profile wrappers are commonly used in food environments, where they are washed down. This can lead to to more frequent replacement of chains or extreme cost to replace rusted or broken clogs on gear drive.

Generic components for high ware buttons

Industrial buttons

The Synthesi makes use of industrial buttons for the high use start, stop, enabling, main isolation power and emergency stop. The buttons are quick and easy to replace if they ware out or break and easily obtainable from your local electronics supplier.

Heavy duty Bearings

Low profile bearings

Not all low profile wrappers are built evenly, another features which separates ATLANTA stretch low profile wrappers are its duel bearings. The bearings feature a plastic outer which is self lubricating. the bearings are slow not prone to clogging up with grease and debris because of their design.

The wrapper featured here is been serviced after 1 year of use, it may as well be new.

Fully enclosed mast design

Atlanta stretch build machines with a fully enclosed mast design, this means that all components for the carriage to operate are inside the mast, the upper and lower limit switches, the chain, cable loom, microswitches and the main bearings of the flange are all internal.

This internal design design means there is less chance of components failing due to dust or moisture, they cant be knocked and people cant get their fingers in there.
