The HSM ProfiPack P425 is a high-performance cardboard converter engineered for continuous industrial use. It features a 425 mm feed width and a powerful motor capable of processing up to three layers of cardboard at once, converting them into durable and flexible packaging mats. The precision-engineered cutting rollers, made from hardened steel, ensure long service life and consistent output quality. The machine operates at approximately 60 dB(A), maintaining low noise levels in busy work environments, and delivers a feed speed of up to 43 feet per minute. Adjustable cushioning settings allow users to control the density and thickness of the shredded material, while integrated safety features such as an emergency stop switch and reverse function provide secure operation.
