YBICO ZR

The ZR tensioner pairs up with specialised ZR seals. First, thread the steel strapping through the ZR seal and attach the ZR tensioner to the back of the seal. After tensioning, bend the steel over the seal, cut it with the tensioner, and then hammer down the lugs of the ZR seal to firmly secure the strap. The ZR tensioner can handle this task effortlessly.

The ADZ1 ZR tensioner can be used with a wide range of steel strapping from 12 mm-19mm in width and 0.40mm to 0.56mm I gauge, it can be used on standard painted and waxed strap, galvanised strapping and stainless-steel strapping.

What sort of products can I strap with this tool?

The ZR tensioner is designed to be used around small or round packs, such as small bundles of bars or tubes, or around poles to secure signs.

Do I need anything else with this tool to strap products?

If you plan to strap goods with this tool, all you need is a ZR seal and steel strapping; the steel strapping must be the same width as the seal. E.g. 16mm ZR seal with 16mm steel strap.
