Do I need a sealer with this tensioner?

No, a sealer is not needed with the USA made cord strapping tensioner since woven and composite strapping is designed to work with a buckle instead.

What are the wearing parts in this tensioner?

The PC100 tensioner uses a new twin one way bearing design and no ratchet/spring system. The gripper may need to be replaced after prolonged use but given it is gripping soft woven or composite strapping it will last quite a while. The larger one-way bearing is the only part that we consider a main wearing part.
