In 25 years Ergopack has sold over 80 thousand units worldwide under the Ergopack and Ergostrap brand.

The Ergostrap brand is the official licenced brand name and for distribution in Australia.

The Distributor

MPS Packaging is the only official licenced distributor for Ergostrap products from Victoria, for distribution nationwide.

The Ergostrap Product is a premium product and distribution of it requires companies with technical knowledge, technical support and customer support.

MPS arn't about selling the Ergostrap unit, we want to sell you the solution to your problems. Our sales team will discuss with you your product and application and perform an onsite demo to ensure suitability.

The Solution

The Ergostrap unit solves this by reduces the need to bend over when strapping a pallet. No bending, low risk of injury, prevent back problems!

The E-Conomy line

The Ergostrap E-conomy line of mobile pallet strapping machines, is Ergostraps Standard line of ergonomic pallet strapping machines. The E-Conomy line Features

  • Sealed AGM batteries in 24v, for upto 350 cycles per charge
  • Chain lance speed of 40m per minute.

Ergostrap Demo

The E-Conomy series features basic indicators for information on status.

  • 3 LEDs indicating charging level sealing window open and cycle counts.

The Strapping head

Using a Swiss built strapping head, customized by Ergostrap the Strapping head is a highly reliable and effective strapping head, featuring its own LCD for:

  • Adjustment of Maximum tension
  • Adjustment of strapping mode
  • Adjustment of welding time
  • Setting strapping modes, between automatic, semi automatic and manual modes.

The strapping head uses a single shaft with a belt drive for the welding head, the belt drive reduces vibration of the tool and overall maintenance costs vs tools without a belt drive.

The Chain Lance

The chain lance is the core of the Ergostrap pallet strapping machine. The lance allows strapping to be quickly put through the base of the pallet and around the goods.

This is done quickly and effortless by the user.

The user controls the chain lance with the joystick at all times.

Mechanical control

The E-conomy line features adjustments by simple mechanical controls and adjustments.

  • Set pallet width manually by using adjustment pin
